It is titled 'Mantenham-se Loucos e Famintos' - or 'Stay Crazy and Hungry' in English - and it isn't even a football book. It is focused on communication, but it does have a lot of football throughout.

jose mourinho new book

Mourinho is a beautiful illustrated book which is both a sumptuous celebration of The Special One's managerial career so far, and an enigmatic insight into his unique brand of football wisdom and philosophy.
In the legendary manager's very first book, and in his own images and captions, Jose Mourinho charts the peaks and troughs of the opening fifteen years of what has been a stellar rise to the summit of the global game.
Through more than 120 personally selected images (some of which are exclusive to the book), fans will relish an intimate and unmissable opportunity to understand and further appreciate this giant of the sport.
As befits a man who spent 30 years on Fleet Street producing headline-grabbing stories for tabloid newspapers, Beasley has a rapid response. "There will be haters. Of course there will. There will be people jealous that my book is selling very, very well," he says. "That it got five pages in the Daily Mail on the first day of serialization, two pages the next. Not many sports journalists sitting around the table on Sunday Supplement can boast that."
Neil Ashton, the presenter, was less magnanimous. "It takes me back to the basic journalistic premise of protecting your sources and contacts at all costs," The Sun's chief football reporter said. "Rob isn't in the industry any more, but did he have a right, do you think, to write this book and expose Mourinho in the way he did?"
"Anything that was personal, between us on my personal account, is not in the book. Only things that were sent from his Chelsea email to my Sun email and I think are legitimate in terms of a journalist trying to interview a top manager. I don't think I have betrayed any confidences. I think I have protected him at the time, and two or three years later it's fair comment to just give the inside information about just how upset he was at the time and how he reacted."
"He loves a gladiatorial situation with the FA. He calls them faceless people, old people. He uses every weapon in his book: flattery, insults, straight-out attack. Anything you can think of to get the edge.
Beasley has had no contact from Mourinho since the book was published; he says he attempted to make contact around Christmas 2015, but heard nothing back. "I think the reason he went silent is because he was so keen to get the Manchester United job, and he didn't want to do anything that would jeopardize that," he explains.
I wonder if that is the main reason for Mourinho's silence or if there has been a frosting of relations from his side. Even taking into account that Beasley considers all of the stories in the book to be fair game, Mourinho could surely have done without them being published as he enters a phase of his career that will go a long way to defining his legacy.
And yet, leaving aside those ethical considerations and the potential destruction of a 12-year friendship, Beasley's book is a valuable, balanced insight into a man who seems intent on splitting people into "haters" or believers.
The Premier League champions looked on course to book their place in a second consecutive final after Riyad Mahrez fired the visitors in front against Real Madrid on Wednesday night. However, a late double from Rodrygo sent the tie into extra-time, and Karim Benzema sent the La Liga winners through from the penalty spot.
Paris (AFP) - Controversial former France coach Raymond Domenech blasts Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and former France internationals Franck Ribery and Nicolas Anelka in his new book, due out on Wednesday.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has managed some of the biggest clubs in the world. These include Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Porto and Manchester United, achieving immense success. However, he was set to join Liverpool in 2004, a new book has revealed. 2ff7e9595c
